My London based client is looking for a 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Engineer / Service Desk Analyst for an initial 3 month contract contract, you will need to be proficient with the following skills, - Windows XP - Office 2003 - Call logging experience - Active Directory - Blackberries would be advantageous - Excellent communication skills needed
